Observation details

Having just photographed another Thick-billed Kingbird approximately a half mile north on Mineral Wells Trail, I parked in the Merry Go Round lot and crossed over past the tennis courts and immediately (luckily, more like) spotted another Thick-billed Kingbird high atop a large Sycamore above the picnic tables, directly north of the tennis courts. Here 34.134285, -118.282801 I believe this is the individual which arrived in the area in the first week of November, missing its tail, which has since regrown. Though it remained quiet, it stayed in the trees lomg enough for lots of photos.
