I had to use negative exposure compensation here (0.3 EV). I don't usually do that because using negative compensation tends to make backgrounds too murky.
Observation details
The birds were obviously staging and getting ready to head south. Interestingly, almost every one departed right before I left. Timing is everything. I'm so glad I showed up when I did.
