Observation details

Being mobbed by ravens at southeast end of the boardwalk. Briefly seen before dipping into grasses below Osage St. Medium-sized owl, slightly smaller than ravens, short tail, tan overall, with black bands close to tips. Poor screenshots of video captured with phone.
