Observation details

exact count; abundant ticking and winnowing birds across the various marshes: 6 total above Sweat Meadow, 6 at Harpers Meadow, 3 Chewonki Marsh. At times a near-constant UFO-landing sound from multiple birds in stereo. One brief aerial exchange between two displaying birds ended in a sharp dive away.
