Observation details

First identified by a nasally “zee” call. I was eventually able to get eyes on this tiny bird and see its long tail and white eye-ring, gnatcatcher! Bird initially seen by Finalyson point, then moved about 200 m west to about here 48.40885, -123.36734 where it was viewed with other birders for about 15 minutes. Bird was vocalizing occasionally which helped track its sporadic movement. Flocked up with some bushtits for a bit but seemed to kind of stick to the edge of the flock. Very exciting, best bird I’ve found!
