Observation details

Adult, as the last time I was here, perhaps the same individual, although a rather petite one. Darker backed than nearby CAGUs, brighter yellow bill with red spot, heavily streaked head, pale eye, bright yellow legs. It flew offshore but presumably is still in the area.
