Note that one bird lower right has a dark cheek/throat with a darker line through it.
Observation details
Two videos of this flock. A strange plumage is visible in both clips. In the first clip, see the 1 bird lower right that is dark below the cap & eye with a darker line. The second clip shows 2 birds with the strange plumage. I called those birds males because of the darkness, age unknown, but I haven't yet found any bird book illustrations of strange plumage.
