Observation details
Non-breeding plumage generally similar to FOTE but with more extensive dark nape/cap, dark carpal bars, shorter legs and somewhat smaller bills. Reported/photographed in vicinity within last few days. Possible photos to be added of two in flight that would make circuits off the Young road seawall. At least 5 among Forster's Terns resting on island at structure in bay closer to river channel.
