Observation details
One still photo, plus I also have a video showing the tail bobbing. I first saw this bird flying around the pond to the south of the library. It made 2 or 3 loops around the pond, then landed on a dead tree close to the water and finally took off and disappeared. About 10 or 15 minutes later, I saw another SPSA at the lily pad choked pond to the east of this pond (pond adjacent to the solar panels). It flew around this pond a half dozen times or more, then dropped down and landed, but hid before I could locate it. It could have been a second bird, but I'm thinking it is likely the same bird I saw a few minutes earlier, so am reporting only one.
