Observation details
Absolutely stunning adult male with gorgeous yellow head and bib, darker orange/yellow on nape and top of head. Black eye patch extending around the bill and black body (small patch of a few yellow feathers near the undertail) with white at wrists or leading edge of wings. Perched only while I watched it for almost 15 minutes. No camera with me so photos are from an iPhone.
