Observation details

****MEGA, continuing in same area this morning after going missing all afternoon yesterday. I was able to refind up high in tree edge on SW side of Hilltop Picnic area, after which it moved around between various tall trees between there and the restroom and garden area, staying high but interacting with warblers more than it apparently did yesterday. Very small passerine with bold pale eyebrow, foraging quickly but able to stay hidden amazingly well, often only given away by its frequent wing flicks. Gave buzzy call note fairly often and was often first detected by call when it reappeared in a new tree, along with soft subsong at times. Both calls and song seemed diagnostic for Arctic. Recorded and photos!
