Observation details

After seeing a report of PAJA on the 15th, decided to try and re-find the bird because timing lined up better for LTJA. Cream colored neck, more petite in stature, bill morphology, and narrow winged. Longer central tail feathers with limited white flash in underwings. Better photos taken by Ron Horn who arrived after, but did get video documentation. Super cool bird!
