Observation details

1st state record. I found this bird perched a little above eye level on the S edge of the woodlot off the parking lot as I was leaving at 10:15 about here (41.4988605, -81.7150459). Has been seen a couple more times in the large green bush on the N edge of the woodlot just E of the porta potties between 10:30-11. The bush is directly across from where I originally had the bird perched. Overly dull coloring was first thing that stood out as the bird stayed perched for a solid minute as I worked around it for different angles to help with ID. Checked a guide and the lack of yellow into the wings gave it some real potential. After downloading a photo to my phone and lightening it up it showed no yellow into the undertail coverts. Later confirmed ID with the help of Jen Brumfield, Gautam Apte and Jon Dunn.
