Observation details

Not a typo. There’s now two RNGR at Bruton, both nearing full alternate plumage with bright white cheek and throat, a lot of red in the neck and yellow in the bill. One (presumed male) came in really close, yodeling and displaying, the other (sex unknown) refused to come closer than halfway. Not seen together at all. Sexed by behavior.
