Observation details
A couple of birds seen well. The recorded bird slated as "I am seeing a gnatcatcher up there," soon before or after audio was recorded. Despite some records of Tropical Gnatcatcher in Atlantíco it seems highly probable that most are in error--the only two which include photographs are unconfirmed, and the photos are clearly of White-browed. Similarity of songs may add to confusion; birdNET returns Tropical as "Likely" for this audio and "uncertain" for White-browed Gnatcatcher, which this clearly was. In a discussion with Omar regarding the issue he told me that the local eBird moderator believe there is no presence of Tropical in the Caribbean littoral at all. White-browed, however, is not included in the Merlin "Caribbean Colombia" bird pack. I reported the issue to Jay McGowan and hopefully this can be straightened out
