Observation details

First noticed on the ground. Then it flew to one tree, then another (always perching near the trunk) and then finally to the top of the martin house where we were able to watch it swivel its head for a 360-degree view. It seemed totally unconcerned that we were there. We were thrilled to get these photos which we have lightened somewhat.
