Bird opened redbud seed pods and ate seeds.

Observation details

One bird pulled dried seed pods off redbud and pecked at them to get at seeds. The bird did that several times with different seed pods. Another bird pecked at old buds. At least five birds foraged in the redbud. Others foraged in the live oak.
