Observation details

Flew into loading dock door S4 at Marvin Windows plant on 1/4/25 . Marvin employees and I worked for 2 hours on and finally got the bird out of the plant on 1/6/25 through the roof vent as that is where the bird flew to (screen around vent had to be removed from the outside roof so bird could get out). It was uninjured . Weather has been cold outside - it did not want to leave the plant and would not exit through large loading dock door or large window when given the opportunity.
