Observation details

Male with a full tuft blowing about in the wind. Gleaming white sides contrast with black breast and back. Head has a purplish sheen. Golden yellow eye. It slept the whole time of observation, only briefly lifting its head a few times. Steven Price refound the Tufted Duck this afternoon,
