Observation details
Confirmed by Ashwin V as COBU (mostly the the Steppe subspecies). We both saw it flying low over the short trees but he felt something different about it. In no time, he told me to check and got these shots before it went behind foliage. Not sure about the species but a lifer 😃 - SM
