Observation details

**Very rare, second island record first photo’d by James Hebner over the weekend after being seen inconsistently since then. The bird put on a show, foraging successfully in the swamp for the entire duration of this checklist. Huge, unmistakable black and white stork using its feet to sift up prey from the mud. The bird flew out of the swamp at 6:20, headed SSW. Photos, video.
