Observation details
continuing bird found by Jim Pawlicki on 1/14. WWSC was seen ~100 ft offshore from 'Penelope' statue. With 2 female surf scoters - flying away just as I arrived to the location :( Flock landed to the east of the bridge piers. Waited in the same spot for the WWSC to come back but could not positively ID WWSC from drifting scoters. White secondaries on both sides. So-so photos added.
