NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 2. & P. decumanus. Bulk reel: 89Song by the male of both spp. [P. decumanus & angustifrons]; then the male decumanus flew and angustifrons sings alone. Some of this recorded slightly off-focus to reduce the parabola effect on the high attack sounds, giving the recording an effect more like ear hears it. This male flew, accompanying a departing female. Quality: 1. Level: +2. 203 tape. LN.Male decumanus arrives, but leaves again after just one song. (Can hear the "hissing" sound as it arrives.)Male decumanus arrived (with a hissing sound, which not saved due to noise) sang several times, then flew away and can hear he made the hissing sound as he flew away. While he was there a female was building and she is the only one to be building regularly today. Other Behaviors: Depart, Arrive, Social Context: Colony, Mixed.
