Observation details

Continuing singing male found this morning by Susan Treesh off Blackwells Mills Road just west of Van Cleef. Sang on and off throughout stay but was constantly in motion singing about an average of 3 times before switching perches as it moved around the field; gave mostly a 2 or 3 buzz song but on a few occasions it gave a much longer, 5+ buzz song. Was often at the edge of my hearing and likely simply out of earshot during extended periods of silence. A tough bird to record as it was always just a little too far at it's closest with closer, louder birds in between it and me plus plenty of human noise to contend with, it would move before a closer approach was possible.
