Observation details
I don't think this is same bird I saw yesterday despite being at same location. This bird didn't have as pronounced an eye ring, but lower mandible was all yellow. Wide base of bill. Crest changed shape as it was raised and lowered while feeding. Cheeks were dull grayish and crown was darker brown. Tip of tail appeared to have white tip. Wagged tail slightly when returning from sallies. White below on breast with prominent whitish wing bar and high-contrast edged tertials with coverts covering upper wing bar. Longer beak than yesterday's bird or that's the impression I got- larger bird overall. Consulted a friend and confirmed as WIFL.
