Observation details
Stunning views of this absolutely spectacular bird. First seen singing at the top of an isolated tree, but later returned showing its black throat patch, and bolder black around the eye than seen in Blue-winged. Very responsive to a sound recording of a Yellow-breasted Chat. Spent several minutes flying between trees, vocalizing occasionally, allowing for many photos. Showed much better than the Blue-winged Warblers. Seen with Peter Kaestner.
