Observation details

A single Fregetta sp. noticed late in the day, a flash of white underparts got everyone excited. Subsequent views and photos confirm Black-bellied; comparatively larger than Wilson SP (also present), white underparts extending to underwing and typical narrow black vertical line through centre of belly.
