Observation details

Many thanks to David Simpson for finding this incredible bird!! Very large yellow bill; dark gray mantel, gray head, white breast, belly, chin, throat. Black primaries next to white secondaries in flight is outstanding. Bird rested on grassy spit often, then took flights from east to west and back to nearly same area.
