Observation details
Originally seen from North Pier at 5:17 PM, the bird quickly disappeared behind South Pier. I then headed over to South Pier and the bird was present for about 15 minutes, before being flushed by some jet skiers and not relocated since then (~6:20 PM). However, the bird is still quite likely within the same general area. It predominantly hung out with around a dozen Lesser Scaup, although a handful of Red-breasted Mergansers, Bufflehead, Greater Scaup, and a female-type Long-tailed Duck were loosely associated with it.
