Observation details
*FIRST US RECORD* I saw the bird flying in a V formation with a small group of pelicans while I was driving. At first I thought it was a White Ibis due to all white coloration and some black outer primaries, but the closer I got I was able to see the different bill shape. I stopped to look at it, and to my surprise it was an all white Spoonbill sp. Not pink at all. Roseate Spoonbill shows pink at any ages, and African Spoonbill has pink face and pinkish legs. Pictures taken by digibins. Phone + adapter through my binocular
