Observation details

1st cycle found by Dan L at park 566 early in the day. Relocated at steelworkers park, relocated again at small beach south of the water treatment plant, where it spent most of the day feeding and resting in the water near the slag shore of park 566. Appeared unfazed by crowds, frequently approaching closer while feeding. Traveled between locations for a few hours before departing the large rainbow beach headed north at 4:20pm. Last sighting near 31st street harbor just before dark. Beautiful individual with typical plumage for first cycle ROGU. Faint pink wash on body feathers normally seen in spring adults, due to diet.
