Observation details
All female-types in a single flock. Gave subtle "pik" calls when they flew. Found feeding in willows within the oak grove a little west of Sycamore Crossing (32.919387, -117.189225). Similar to house finch, but with whiter underparts and more broken streaking, as well as a larger head with more pronounced white eyebrow.
