Media notes
Two captive individual male Amblycorypha longinicta singing in walk-in closet. The male on the left is a different individual than in LNS 527358. The male on the right is the same individual as in LNS 537358. Individuals collected at Cool Pond, Tilhance Farms subdivision. The purpose of this recording is to see how they would react to the singing of another male at close proximity. This resulted in a demonstration of how they alternate singing bouts, as I have heard in the wild. Equipment Notes: Sennheiser ME62 on boom without foam windscreen in walk-in closet as an anechoic chamber. SoundDevices 702 HPF on at -12dB/oct starting at 80Hz.
