Observation details
After making a full circuit of Tingley Beach, including the fishing lagoons and later the bosque ponds (separate checklists); I checked the row of saltbush on the other side of the curving wall on the east side of Tingley Drive. Sure enough, there was a flock of 10+ WCSP and the continuing Harris's Sparrow seen here: (35.0849210, -106.6716363). The flock lingered there, foraging on the ground for 10-15 minutes, before flying east across the ditch and into the linear park with large cottonwoods.
