Observation details

Out on the buoys with the Forster's Terns, a Royal Tern, and a few Gulls. I am surprised that this species is rare here. I usually see at least or more down off the beach in Pasco County at Hudson Beach, Key Vista Park, and Anclote Gulf Park.
