Observation details
Apparent first state record. Found on monthly bird walk at 11:05am at north end of property adjacent to private home. Couldn’t believe my eyes, knew immediately it was a Streaked/Sulphur by bright rusty tail, mask, bold malar, pale yellow belly. Sitting quite still in viney tangles of Porcelainberry. Viewed for about 2 minutes, then it flew NE out of view. Hope it reappears. Photos.
