Observation details
Pics. In a mixed flock of OCWA, BCCH, and YRWA at the north-western most corner of the CG by the bay here: 41.420322, -112.057492 Noticed an abnormally yellow Vireo feeding at the flowers by the nearest campsite, and was only able to get a couple shots before losing it in the tall trees at the shoreline. Pictures clearly show the bold eyeline, contrasting white eye arcs, and deepest yellow at the throat and UTCs. WAVI would display a much fainter eyeline, vaguely different bill shape, less yellow, and not as strongly contrasting eye arcs. Didn't seem very flighty, I would imagine this bird sticks around for the day at least.
