Observation details
Immature (2nd cycle) found by Hugh Cotter. Points favoring Nazca are gray head (not white) and white central tail feathers. Point favoring Masked is the dull gray bill with dull yellow on the distal third. See photos. EDIT: Consensus is this was a Nazca based on the lack of pale collar on the back of the neck, and yellow-tipped rather thin bill. Originally posted as Masked/Nazca.
