BREEDING STATUS: not territorial BEHAVIOR CONTEXT: unknown NOTES ON DATA FORM: I had hoped to record these birds while still actively breeding; however I could not find only male where they normally breed, this bird sang from riparian habitat adj to breeding area. I think this is post-breeding song as it appears less intense than song given by male looking for girlfriends. [This recording contains two songs (the first decapitated) and one or two song fragments, all begining with the same introduction. There are also "Buzz" Calls given at 0:36-0:39 (series of three) and 0:45. Quality changed from 2 to 1-2 (though brief) - CAM - 20 September 2005]. Habitat: Deciduous Forest, Montane Grassland, River, Riparian.
