NOTES: (Breeding Status: Territorial?) Counting the interfigure interval--to get the initial "whip" note. The time between is approx. 30+ secs. 09.45-10.00 hrs.- 10.18. Playback of own spp. and own song elicited an increased temp. Playback of L. torquatus also elicited a response with increased tempo. The reaction to playback of trill calls (seemed) was a longer interfigure interval upwards of 5-7 mins. on occasion so it is shortened. NB There are two unusual song sequences, one at beginning, one at end. Sound stimulation was (other): playback Lybius torquatus.
