Observation details
Photographed. Seen in the distance in a few second soar with 2 'banking' only and then perched on ridgeline. Large pronounced gray head and dark on the wings. Wings were very wide and a long tail with Conspicious white bands. Observed for a several minutes and then flew down the ridge dissapearing.
