Media notes

This audio recording captured the repeated drumming sounds from an individual fairly high in a nearby tree, near a river at a green space not far from a residential neighborhood. ... (I glimpsed the individual in flight briefly, which I am quite sure was either a Downy Woodpecker or a Hairy Woodpecker).

Observation details

Heard drumming from one individual in woods in central section of green space. Later, heard another drumming from above me in tall tree, along river, in SE section. Glimpsed the second individual, which was either a Downy or Hairy Woodpecker. ... (Made audio recording of first individual drumming. Then made another audio recording of the second individual drumming.)
