These are close ups of some of the same pics I uploaded as pied harrier. I am uploading them here as I want them to be flagged and reviewed. With my limited experience with pied harriers, I believe this individual to be an adult female. I am not able to completely rule out sub-adult male eastern marsh harrier though. I would welcome some inputs.
