Media notes
NOTES: Weather: WIND; RASPING SCREAM FROM IMMATURES AND CHIRPS FROM ONE OF THE ADULTS SITTING IN A TREE. IMMATURES DIVING AT EACH OTHER OR APPROACHING PARENT BRINGING FOOD. ONE ADULT SITTING 'ON GUARD', THE OTHER HUNTING. [These screams are probably comparable to those described for captured birds in BNA account, but the context of their use here is unclear (begging?) These are not quite like the modified "eee-grack" calls given by a nestling in response to a threat (LNS #4329). Also evident are a few "keep" calls, apparently given by the adult birds (e.g., 4:38-5:01, 5:10-5:24). Quality changed from 3 to 3,2- CAM - 23 February 2005]. Other Behaviors: Beg. Habitat: Park/Campus/Cemetery.
