Observation details
We have been hearing these calls for several weeks now, both during the day and during the night, as we can also hear it from the back part of our department. It calls intermittently, keeping quiet for five to ten minutes between calls. The changes in volume suggest that the bird is moving around, but the fact that it is only heard in the immediate vicinity of this spot suggest that it is a captive bird. Sometimes a second bird seems to respond from a different spot. I have still no idea what it is.
