NOTES: Species sound or social contact: Isolated Behavior context: ?threat Other: (approached too close to bird) BNA: Probably the Alarm Note is heard (chip). CZ 15/03/2004. [Yes, I would agree that these are Alarm Calls, though this is likely the same as the "sharp and shrill tsip" mentioned as the call note in the BNA account. I suspect that the series at 1:46-1:48 represents a "flight song" that was cut off in the middle when the recorder was shut off. Quality unchanged (1-2) - CAM - 10 March 2005]. Habitat: Rural, Pasture.
