Observation details
**CT MEGA** | first state record. Remarkably tame bird feeding on salvia around the yard. Bird would make short foraging forays and then find a place to rest for 20+ minutes. Acted very aggressive towards other birds coming into the yard, especially HOFIs while I was there but was told it would often chase off HAWOs. Apparently catching insects around the top of the tree in the front yard.
