Observation details
Flew into the trees around the old combine . At first we thought they were the green wood hoopoes as they were also giggling away. 2 birds flew past us and into a small winterthorn. Recorded. Then onto a cassia. Photo. We had thought they were a type of lourie until I saw photo and walking back to the trees I was planting one was in a winterthorn with a weaver. Flew into the old riverbed . Might be jacobin? I think not as looks bigger ??
