Observation details

Dark or intermediate juvenile?. Buteo with relatively long, pointed wings. Primaries and secondaries mostly dark with faint terminal band, but not a lot of contrast with the paler underwing coverts. White face, dark brown head and breast, pale belly with horizontal streaks. Tail is pale with faint terminal band.
