Observation details
Detected by call, when flushed out of the cover (reeds, bushes) next to the lake by a Little Bittern, in the very corner of the lake where the RN Coot "resides". A Phylloscopus with warm brown overall appearence, beige brown underneath. Seen perched for some seconds in a tamarisk - showing brought and long whitish supercillium and long, dark brown eye stripe, lower mandible yellowish, legs and feet pale pinkish. Flew over to a Reedbed where I could take one or two distant record shots. I confirmed the calls I just had heard repeatedly on the Collins Bird Guide App and it was identical to the P. fuscatus call recording there (had doubts it could be Radde's Warbler before). The bird reacted to playback of the call, after a while It flew back in and also called back, emitting the same call repeatedly. I did not manage to get more photos though.
